When not playing his fiddle in the winter, Brendan can often be found running his team of Siberian Huskies in the woods and on the trails near his home or at one of the sled dog races in New England.

The dogs are usually led by Dawson, son of Grover, an Iditarod lead dog. He is often assisted by either Kali or Solitaire, with Iris and Alex in team position. Jack, Iris' big, dependable brother, is usually in wheel position.
